Shipping & Return

SHIPPING
We ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday, using “Colissimo” delivery service. A tracking number is sent to you when your order is sent, which allows you to know the location of your package at any time! If you are in France, you will receive your package at the latest 5 working days after your order. If you live elsewhere, the delays may be a little longer: 6 to 9 days after your order.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Send us an email at harishopclients@studiohari.com, indicating your order number, your name and the delivery address. Let us know what the issue is with your product, and if you want an exchange or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and with their original label. After review, products that do not comply with these rules will be returned to you at our expense.

Return packages are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Return costs are not refunded when the products have been properly delivered and are not defective.

EXCHANGE
You can exchange your product for another size or colour. It is also possible to exchange for another model at the same price. If the requested product in exchange is not available, we will refund your order.

REFUNDS
The refund includes your order and delivery charges. It will be done on the card used during the purchase or via Paypal if you used Paypal to purchase your item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or check your PayPal account. Credit card and PayPal refund transactions can sometimes take time.

In any case, your bank account or PayPal account should be credited within 14 days.
